Shelfwise Reviews looks at dietary supplements sold online and answers three questions in plain language: what is actually in the bottle, what the published evidence does and does not support, and what it really costs once shipping, subscriptions and refund terms are counted.

How we review

• We start from the ingredient list and the dose, not from the sales page.
• Every claim about an effect links to its source. If we cannot source it, we do not say it.
• We never promise results. Supplements affect people differently, and many have limited evidence.
• We list the downsides alongside the upsides, including refund windows and recurring charges.
• We do not publish fake, paid-for or AI-generated customer reviews.
